Three wins in a row is awesome, definitely hot at a good time of the year. BUT the frc didnt have the toughest roster, but he did win so its a win, and was it his 4th? Thats great. Why is this race spoken of so highly? Does it have enough history for it to float on the past? 24 cars Monday but 84 on Sunday. Looking back a bit, KL averaged 22nd in his 4th 5th and 6th last races. Nobody seemed to want to bring those gacts forward.
I dont challenge his skill or accomplishments.but he isbup and down where as 4 ish years ago he was only up, all season.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

McCarl is a big promoter & plays the whole event up as a big party, lets people park in the infield where they whoop it up. The name Front Row Challenge comes from when he used to offer a big $$$ bonus if the Pole sitter tries to win from the back & succeeds. Last few years of that, nobody took him up on the offer, so they dropped it. I'm pretty sure Jack Haudenschild pulled it off years ago, maybe one other guy.... I fergit

The foot race is a FRC gimmick, unfair to older guys & one guy with very short legs!

Odd that only 2-3 cars race at Knoxville weekly. I wonder why.

The limited amount of cars is probably because the biggest race of the year is in a couple days and most teams can't afford to hurt a motor or wreck a car.
