I wish I had taken more photos to document the off-season refreshening of my car. Here's what I do have.

First job is to strip off the old body.

Straighten the reusable sheet metal.

Update the rear suspension to 4 link/Z link

Remove the trans and rebuild it.

New footbox, dash, and sides (doors, quarters, and sail panels)

Weld on a new front bumper

Right and left ball joints and spindles will be replaced, notice the bent spindle arm in the above right photo.

That's all I have for now. I'll post more when the roof and hood go on and when I'm re-doing the front end and setting the geometry.

Are you driving both a sprint and a mod this year?


Money isn't everything, but it sure keeps your kids
