I know some tracks offer something similar. Plymouth for one and Wilmot just started it this year. No credits for rainouts.

I have had many including this year. I have never lost money on one because of rainouts but sometimes have not saved much. Another thing is that the line to sign in with the season pass is a lot shorter than the general admission line at bigger races. You are right, season passes and seats gives a track startup money at the beginning of the season.

I can't say alot of tracks do this but I know Lincoln, Williams Grove, and Port Royal all have season passes that you can purchase. General admissions passes per seat for Lincoln was $425.00, Port Royal was $450.00, and the Grove is $450. Kinda a wash whether it will save you money or not TBH. Lincoln has 39 shows scheduled this year (not all 410's), and lets assume you lose 9 due to rainouts. Figure the Grove and Port Royal same number of nights as the same just for comparision. That's 30 shows. If you go to EVERY show that's roughly $15 a night to get in regardless whether it's a regular night or a outlaw show etc.
In short I really don't think you save anything unless you are there EVERY NIGHT. If you pick and chose your nights then honestly it might be even more expensive depending. Just depends.

You are correct on Plymouth, I only mentioned them as the 10 packs are cheaper than if you go and pay full price 10 times. Semantics I guess
