1. Gravel (only because Larson blew up ) 2. Price-Miller 3. Abreu 4. Courtney 5. McFadden

Larson came from 10th to the lead and was running away with it and blew the engine.

The HL guys made a pretty good showing against the Outlaws tonight...

Both series together makes for great racing. Reworking track was worth the wait. Time trials made for some of the best having to pass many cars to evn make feature. With 60 + cars  the 15 Pro Series cars just added to rubber problem but understand they are there everyweek but doubt If they would be missed except for their sponsor of series.

The track rework made my decision easy on actually making the drive up tonight. I will watch from home.

This was to be expected.  Looking at it objectively the HL series has equal or better depth. Top 5/6 in both series are pretty evenly matched.  I wouldnt  be surprised to see stop 5 packed with Kofoid , Scelzi, Macedo, Schatz, and Schuhart /Balog either. All seems to be well with touring 410's!!

You do not get the start money with a provisional. You need to work forward to a place that pays more than last place and you only get the extra money, sometimes $50. Points? Im not sure, but must get something cuz it wouldnt be worth it for the cash.

Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

I can not believe that this Sat. nite race only paid $12,000 to win.  This was a big race for fans.  I do not see why WOO did not sign a contract for more than 12 grand.  Knoxville came out real good.  I will guess if same event is run next year it will be for more than $12,000 ,to win.

That's their standard purse for a two day show.  Sixty plus cars showed up so they must have been OK with the purse.  I don't look beyond that because I'm just looking to be entertained for a few hours.  Same with any other sport, retired acountants don't watch a race for the fond memories of what their financials are.  I can't even imagine watching a race and thinking beyond how much I have in my own wallet to cover the cost of going.  I must be one of the few left who look at it that way.

I've been going to this same exact event for about the past 10-12 years.   So, I'm pretty sure it will be run again next year.  ??  So not sure if there's an "if" to next year.

Seat time/ laps  at Knoxville/ getting as tuned in as possible for the Nationals is the reason for the big turnout. If you notice hl had off nights on both woo dates there. That is by design. Its just a standard 2 day show is why its 12,000 to win.

Great job on the weekend, only one there with 2 top 5's, gotta be the favorite going into nationals I'd think.
