As I was walking thru the pits while in Charlotte it got the the ol tires turning...

From the drivers side, why do you seek out a team vs running solo? What do you look to gain from being on a team? What are the goals?

From a team owner side, why start a team? What do you look for when seeking a driver? Whats the end goal?

Got me doing some self reflecting now...I personally, starting in 2024 will be fielding a 3 car micro team but to say I fully know why would be a lie... Do I think I could be the next KKM, CBI no but why not....

I hired a few friends one time to help dad and I on a three day trip.

I realized real quick that I'd just rather argue with dad after the race.

Having to explain myself to others afterwards on the way home just wasn't worth it.
