It was great to see a finish like that! The entire 360 Nats was very good IMO. A lot of critics and complainers would have come out of the woodwork had Reutzel led all 30 laps and that would not have been a fair assessment of the entire event.

It was great but would agree. My in laws were there and not typical sprint fans but rather mods and late models. Said the race was boring but the last two laps were amazing. Redeemed the event for them but for me it would have been good either way (obviously better this way). I tell them not every sprint car race or lap will be a door to door fender to fender barn burner but once's you have seen some classics like tonight will be you'll never forget them. Some times it just takes a couple laps to make all the difference. In the suites tonight it was amazing to watch and hear the crowd lose their mind on the last lap from a birds eye view. When people don't leave immediately after the race it's usually a good sign. On to 410s!

Yeah seeing Rico started dead last and finished 3rd. Must have been a boring feature from the start to lap 28.
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Incredible finishes at Knoxville, Pevely and Cedar Lake. What a night of racing.

Like I said it was good for me. Sometimes you have to know who or what to watch. For the top 3 spots if that's all you watched it wasn't much until the end. Plenty of passing on back. What is crazy is Rico ran dead last for 3 laps before making his first pass. I wonder now if he would have pushed it more early knowing how ckose He came to winning that thing.

I agree with your sarcasm 100% which is why I made the original comment. Besides Rico storming through the field, the entire event was fantastic with a lot of movement and great racing throughout. It wouldn't even matter to some---had Brownie not pulled off the late pass, there would have been complaining about a ho-hum 360 Nats and this assessment would have been completely false IMO Knoxville had a great surface prepared. Let's keep it going for the 410's!!

If I'm AR I might even ask to audit the wire buried on the front stretch to make sure its 100% accurate and straight. LOL. I've never seen a race so close.
