always goes both ways. but there has been this social misconception for a while that it's more the father's fault.................I guess this could be the case. I just know in my area the vast majority of those types of issue either were perpetrated or a direct effect - of the mothers. and why not? the legal system sticks it to the father - even if the mother wants to bail and screw everything in sight - he'll have to pay. nothin wrong with paying for the kid - but there isn;t anything to control what it gets spent on. but like I said - all these things go both ways nowadays............judges all over are starting to recognize this - but not nearly enough.

At least you admit it can go both ways. Ofcourse there are dead beat dads. These days it is becoming just as common for dead beat moms.
