What will happen with the start of Speedweek if they go with the normal schedule the first two races will be against Hussets $250 Grand  to win surely anyone with a shot will want to be there with $5000 to start?

Highly doubtful Husets would draw PA teams away from speedweek. All i can see is some of the All Star teams that usually run might not and go west instead.

It appears the buffoons out west also want to run their $50k to win Dirt Cup against the biggest paying to win sprint car race as well. You can't make up this absurdity.

As for PA Speedweeks, you'll probably see less invaders and possibly lose Marks and Macri, but I don't think fans will care too much.

What is weekly show pay outs this year for 410 sprint car tracks.  Huset's is 5000 to win 4000 for second and 3000 for 3rd on every weekly show.  Is that the top in the country.  I am just curious.

I'll care if Macri & Marks miss Speedweek!

Yeah it sucks but you can't blame anyone for trying to win 250G. I guess we need a billionaire sprint car fan to buy a track in PA.

The 2 events are so far away from each other I doubt that matters much outside of a couple of Cali teams.  It is very much a west coast event with the odd hired gun thrown in.  I think its great that teams without the travel budget have an opportunity to race for good money.

If I remember it was the same week last year also. Is every track in the country supposed to close shop because a wealthy track owner half way accross the country has a lot of money to give away?

Marks, Macri, DD and possibly a few more will be there.  It will be interesting to see what money brings what teams in for this race

I wouldn't be so sure

DD travels to Ohio & NY, went to Oklahoma (?) during COVID shut down. Macri doesn't travel too far, Marks, maybe

Its about distance & diesel prices, no?
