We really like the pork tenderloin truck just outsdie the grandstands and the rib shack
What's your top 3 favorite food trucks, restaurants, etc in the area in and around Knoxville

Cattleman's stand across the street from the track (at least it has been the last few years) for a rib-eye sandwich and fresh corn on the cob is my go-to. There are some good BBQ trucks and the Hawaiian chicken is also very good.

If you like pizza right to the south of dingus there's a great pizza place .Not very big has a lot of sprint car racing memorabilia .In it and damn good pizza can't remember the name maybe somebody else will but give it a try. Glen Murra

Thanks for putting the name on here I couldn't remember it myself but it's the best pizza in Knoxville. It's definitely a must-have whenever I'm down there and as much as I like pizza I get it everyday . Glen Murra ( PS if you're not hungry enough for a whole pizza there's slices are huge )
