Brownies nemesis turn 2 got him again.
Also anybody that was there did the track lighting seem dark in spots. Dirtvision once in a while it looked darker, especially turn 1. Could just be they way it looked on tv.

Track was bright in person.
21 was the fastest car on track all night and it wasn't even close. He draws a better dash pill and walks away with it. For as much shit as HH gives BB, he's a real threat this year at Knoxville after seeing tonight.

I am not necessarily a Brown fan, but he is one I root for in August at K-ville. I'm not sure why he has so many haters, but to each his own I guess. He built his own team, and is as close to a "regular guy" as it gets when it comes to sprint car drivers of national recognition. (yes---I know he had help, but most successful people do have help) He treats fans well, and has always been polite whenever I've spoken with him. They would have torn the place down if Brownie could have gotten by Donny just one time between 2012-2014-----he came a 1/2-car away one of those years. He's considered one of the "little guys" when the Outlaws come to town. The reason the Outlaws were formed was to travel to your town and steal the purse from the locals. He is one of the locals and one of the underdogs in that situation. I'm not sure why everyone treats him like he is on an unlimited budget and should be a favorite everywhere he goes. He ran great last night on what appeared to be a very tough track.
All of that said, congrats to Brent Marks last night as he ran a great race. Also---don't worry PA fans. You had a reserve car running in second you could have claimed as your own had he passed Brent late.

Gonna take this as one of those told ya'll so. The 21 has been so much better than any car this weekend and tonight proved it. He is a legitimate threat come August if he doesn't get in his head.

From 30,000 ft. it just seems that BB worked his ass off to build his team. Now, I'll admit when he was a young pup running the Parsons car on the WoO tour I thought he just kind of liked walking around wearing the drivers suit and playing the part. But that might not've been a fair asessment.
