Any further information on the possibility of it becoming available for home viewing?

seriously?
maybe some of the invading nascar folk will think twice and watch the Bowl the same way they do most nascar races - asleep in the recliner.
but then again - that would take away the fun of throwing popcorn and/or small pieces of dirt at the nearest fat ass wearing nascar clothing.
I'll take everyone else's silent advice and be quiet now. probably many nascar fans in here - don't want to rain on their parades as much I enjoy doing so.
How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a
wouldchuck could chuck would

Some Aussies (great guys) gave me some vegemite to taste at Knox Nats. this year. I had never heard of it but I tried it and it was gnarley to say the least! They all actually said they enjoyed it with a straight face and 1 of them said he ate it every morning for breakfast on bread. Mister I thought I was worn out on Chips Ahoys for breakfast but could you imagine choking that stuff down first thing in the morning, every morning!!!!!! Eeeeegads..

I tried some of that stuff after the races at the Richert Memorial a few years ago. It came in a tube, looked like axle grease and I can't even begin to describe the taste.

Hehehe well hopefully I'll have a house by then instead of a small apartment here in the sprint car capitol, Indy.
From the e-mails and phone calls I have been getting, I'll have some friends from Australia over for sprintweek as well. I'll ask if they will bring some vegemite over for you if you like. Just the smell of the stuff turned me off.
My Knoxville room mates should be here too. Maybe I better start calling them the Chili Bowl room mates, cause we gave up Knoxville last yr.

The problem with you guys, or your Vegemite suppliers, is that you put it on your toast too thick.
The simple answer is to lightly spread it like you would hot English mustard. Some of the most delightful tastes known to man are to
- mix it into mashed potatoes.
- have it as a light layer on toast beneath your scrambled eggs.
- ketchup, vegemite and cheese in a toasted sandwich always goes down well.
Just don't spread it too thick .... OK.
I wish I could eat it watching the Chili Bowl on Pay per View here in Australia, but our provider Main Event has declined to take the feed. (Pun intended.)
