I grew up watching dirt races at Eldora and New Bremen.  I cannot understand how NASCAR could foul up a dirt race.  Stop the race to allow radiator input ports to be cleaned, punishing the teams who were creative in negating the negative impact of dirt on the radiator screen.  Now they cannot decide how to score the race after a competition mandated yellow.  Stewart-Haas was the leader at the conclusion of stage 2.  Gibbs did not pit their driver, who is now at the head of the pack.  I am willing to bet the decision will favor Gibbs.

I don't know or have an opinion about the favoring Gibbs thing.  However, I was also confused by the radiator thing.  Some teams were furious as they had spent time addressing this issue and were essentially punished for it.  They should be furious.  Nascar just makes crap up as they go.   I also cannot understand how it takes that long to line up a race after a caution when you have 40 cars with 2-way radios and the most advance computerized scoring possible.  Line them up, tell them one to go, and throw the green.  If they aren't in the right spot, move them back 2 rows, and repeat.  The competition yellow/line-up debacle----not sure what that was.

Now a positive----I thought the track and the racing were pretty good all night.  Too bad Crybaby Busch stole one from Reddick, but that's how it goes sometimes.

I felt they did a great job with the track this year.

Buddy K. was really making a mark saturday in the trucks and race was good just lost it at the end could have had a top 5 for his first start. They kept comparing Buddy to Kyle and CB. this just gives dirt drivers a better chance to keep moving up.

Did you see how bad I-55 turn 1-2 was WOW!! dune buggy races if you went in middle grove.

I hope the track at bristol is fast and smooth like last night for the WOO guys.

Should be fun to watch.

I agree, I liked both the Truck race and the Nascar race. Good Sportsmanship at the finish of the Nascar Race. Figured there would be some tempers flying but it was all cool.
