Before I sign up for Dirtvision, I am shiftworker......can I go onto the service at say 9pm on raceday and immediately go back to the beginning of the broadcast (that for example, started at 6pm) and start watching, or am I stuck watching at wherever to race program is at 9pm?

Also, is it easy to cancel the monthly subscription option?

I would say No and Yes. Contact Dirt Vision for correct answer. Always go to the source rather than he said, I was told, and non qualified experts.

That's very disappointing to hear about our experts here.   I thought all of our experts were all wise and all knowing and imminently qualified.

Unless it's changed, whey you login at 9p, you'll have to start watching live from that point.  There's no option to go back to the 6p starting point.  And its usually been a few days before the whole program from the night before is available.

As to canceling the monthly subscription, I've never had a problem at all.  You just have to email them and tell them.  Keep in mind it's actually a 28 day subscription.  I don't like that they call it monthly, to me it's a little shady.  But yes, it's easy to cancel and choose the months that work for you.

In the past...

If you missed the start of a race you're going to wait many days before you can watch a recording of it. I've complained about it before and got not reasonable explanation why this is the case. I know it's different on Flo. If I miss a race on Flo I can watch a it the next morning. Either they don't care to listen and adjust, or they can't. Either way it's a shame.

The 28 day thing? That's just slimey. I'm glad they now offer the yearly fee.

It's easy to cancel, just have to e-mail them.

I don't think they have the "start at the beginning" function but I'll check tonight when I log in.

The other thing that constantly gets confused, if you buy just the monthly pass say the beginning of August, you don't have access to Knoxville Nats. Have to buy a yearly pass for that.

You cannot start from the beginning if you log on at 9 (it's not like a DVR).  However, DirtVision does do a feature replay immediately after the feature ends (but it's just the feature, so if you're watching in progress at 9pm, you don't really need the immediate feature replay).

For subscribers - they have the entire show uploaded to the "restricted" vault area the next morning (this changed a year or two ago). It's then placed in the "free" vault (for non subscribers) several days later (to incentivize subscribing).

Hope this helps.
