ok.... I'm going to say it because it probably needs said...Roth needs not only a new driver but also crew, equipment etc. as we were told using the old number 87 stuff was a big part of the deal for this year.    Being a business persion I'm thinking he is also concerned with the public image of the situation...

Sitting in Pa. with a red number 19 is a guy just as fast as the 83 is now and with a smile and public image that could sell tooth paste.or Quaker Oats...

Does 2 plus 2 equal 83 ???.

Hope not, I'd rather see Brent keep racing here in central PA. Lots of good money to made running local plus a pick and choose regional schedule. 54K at Port next month, 65K at Williams Grove, Lincoln and Selinsgrove 20K to win races. Go on the road for what? We don't need no stinkin' outlaws!

Silly premise, Roth needs nothing from Reutzel.  Roth's depth of equipment and team funding is comparable to KKR, TSR.

Roth doesn't need a public image boost, Aaron stepped on his own unit, and everybody knows it was his dishonesty and his alone.

The 83 was the old 87 this year. To the people that don't understand the Roth car is a penalty box. Arron won more is a 1/2 a season on the outlaw trail then the car won the last 3 seasons. Kasey won't win one.

To follow up on what DNQ says up above, I think the original poster is talking about next season- '22.

83 is appropriate for this year because they won some races with .083 inch chassis parts.

Roth made a good choice to continue the year on tour with KKR. It will allow Roth to redeem the point $$ he would miss out on if they would have EVEN MISSED A RACE!

That stipulation in their rule book is stupid you have a legitamite excuse for missing a race. Cade Dillard wanted to take off 1 race to see his lil girl off to 1st day of school, something that only happens 1 time in a lifetime!   I'm guessing the only way out is too use a substitute driver.  A family owned, driver owned team should not be punished for situations as legitimite as this so he is pulling off the tour. 1 less car for the traveling circus.  Only had 20 cars last night in NY. .
