Is Brian Brown in jeopardy of losing the points lead at Knoxville if he skips this week to run Eldora?
Would think the money at Eldora is better but Knoxville pays a lot to win the points deal.

Brown has bigger fish to fry. His ultimate goal has always been the Nationals and racing with the current group of locals isn't enough to prepare him for that. Knoxville just isn't what it used to be.

Brownie finished 2nd last night and usually runs good at Eldora. He has a legit shot to win a Royal, I'm sure he'd rather that than hold on to the Knoxville point lead

I think Brown already missed one race when the Outlaws were at I-70. Even if he misses another one, he might be able to still win it.
One of the odd things about the points this year is only Matt Juhl has qualified for all 11 A mains.

Looking at the statistics, I'd say that's a pretty good possibility. It looks like Brown is hoping to do well enough in Ohio to make up for it. Good on him!

Given that he finished 13th in the A Main in 2019 which paid $1,300 and ran 9th in the B Main in 2018 which paid $1,000, my mom and her flash cards tell me you're a broke joke and he should stay at Knoxville and win the points championship which pays $20,000......

Money is not a factor for BBR. In 2018 BBR had the points at Kville all wrapped up with about 2 races left in the season and up and left for Posse land. A MAC won the point championship.

I'd be shocked if he went back to Knoxville with the way that things running right now. So far so good for Uncle Danny. And BB. And Charlie Garrett.

You have to remember FVP is his major sponsor along with Caseys. He can not just run at Knoxville, he has to promotr FVP producys. I do not know anymore what Knoxville pays for track champion in 410. It used to be $10,000 and may be more now. I predict Brian will make alot more than $10,000 at Eldora. He already has about $6,000. This is after 1 night with 3 to go. This is what he wants and feels he needs to do for sponsors. Sure he could go back to Knoxville and win $5,000 Sat night. There is alot of money yet to be won at Eldora. Just saying.

There are lots of Caseys stores sprouting up in Ohio these days. Several within an hour of Eldora.

My son, who follows it more close than I do nowdays (he's 12) said BB was quick time and 3rd in his heat. But starting the A main pretty deep becasue the BS Kings Royal system. Not sure where he is starting, but seems like all the work to be that good and start deeper in field for a huge payday is really a downer if your a racer. I never believed in the term better to be lucky than good, but it seems to apply to Kings Royal A main lineups. Can somebody come here and tell me to STFU and it works perfect and its a good system? Thanks.

Well, the format has been this way give or take a few minor tweaks for 38 years. They all know the deal when they load up.
BB starts 13th. He has 40 laps to do it in.

Does Brian Brown win the Kings Royal if he heads back to Knoxville to look at from another angle.
