I used to drive a modified at the fairgrounds in oklahoma city and wanted to drive midgets or sprints as a career but got out of it to work at a GM assembly plant. what a fool.thanks for the sprint shows around here and the midget show in tulsa.love to hear the midgets come up that ramp and goose the gas inside the expo center,sounds great.

You too huh? I gave it up (same track and class) to work at a Tire plant 100 miles south of you. I think we supplied tires to your plant.

I kinda in the same boat as you guys. What I did was I have been sprint car racing with my son here in Oklahoma City. I drove a Imca Modified for 10 years. Now I just retired from that GM plant in Oklahoma City. We still have our Sprint Car but I also bought a mod and will drive it a couple times a month. Now we have the best of both worlds. Can't wait for next year
