In May of 1991, Larry Nuber and I produced this video. It was hilites of the 91 season up to that point. Steve Kinser was his guest and they talked about everything happening on the circuit that year. Steve talked about safety and racing fulltime. He would also explain about some of the bad accidents. It was shot at the Galen Fox shop in Avon IN. Lots of footage from the Outlaws 14th season. A must watch for any sprint car fan!!
It can be viewed on my YouTube page. Just search "Greg Stephens" on YouTube.

I watched tonight, and anytime I intend to watch ONE youtube video I always end up watching several. First off, this video was great, when I think of the year 1991 in my head it doesn't seem like that long ago but when I see video from back then, it's like a different world. But watching this video got me to another video which I think was an interview with Steve Kinser at the 2019 Knoxville Nationals and I was shocked. Maybe it's because he doesn't have sponsor obligations or something but he just seems like a miserable old man. He looked very rude, pretty well cutting the guy off with a lot of the questions. I was watching it at first thinking he was an ass but the longer I watched I felt bad for him. Most people retire and get more laid back but he doesn't appear that way.
