Bill McCroskey reports
Clifford "Froggy" Droz former Knoxville Raceway regular (and Knoxville Hall of Fame inductee) from Ottumwa Iowa in the mid 50's to mid 60's passed away peacefully last night at Hospice in Ottumwa he was 81 years old.

That is too bad. Our condolences to his family. My dad says he was a "real" driver (no power steering raced in a white T-shirt with a leather sided helmet) in the early supermodified days of Knoxville and Bloomfield. Dad says he was big man (physically) that was well liked by all kids and adults. RIP Froggy ...
