Temps are nearing the mid 40s into the evening tho... Last year I was at the airport on my way to spend the weekend in Vegas and Perris Spedway... I was at my boarding gate when I found out Perris was cancelling due to temps/forecast. There was like a 10% chance of rain lol.

it gets pretty chilly there, but that just makes the cars more evil. They just seem to go faster on those cold T-bowl nights

Air is denser, more oxygen in fuel/air mixture
Probably most of you know that...

Buy a ticket and a jacket. Problem solved.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

A quick question for you fans familiar with racing in California. I'm in the upper Midwest and contemplating getting Dirtvision for the month. How many support classes do places like Tulare, Chico, Stockton, Watsonville, etc. run with the WoO and how well do they move their program along? Your midnight is my 2am and a 7pm show starts at 9pm CST so I just want to get a general idea how they are at running the show. I'm guessing that there could be curfews at some or all of them. An 11pm finish would put me at 1am which would likely see me crashing by midnight before the Features start.

Not sure about regular WoO races, as I've only been to special events. Tulare Trophy Cup & big USAC final in Perris (I fergit the name), no support classes

At Silver Dollar in a couple of weeks WoO has the Dwarf Cars as a support class. Probably couldn't get another class interested as any class they've run with the Outlaws has been royally screwed over by WoO. No heats, little, if any hot laps, pulled off the track whenever the Outlaw bunch deems the track is ready for them and a crappy main at the end of the night when the track is destroyed.
I'm not bitter but I've been through it a few times with the fendered classes I run and several friends in other classes at other tracks have said the same thing. Love the 410s, got several friends in them and we all understand they're the attraction but no thanks.

Thanks for the replies on my question about the length of the shows. I was already planning on getting Dirtvision for the month but was just wondering how late I should expect to be watching. I'm retired so late nights are not a problem but my son might hang around tomorrow night if he can beat the foot of snow we're supposed to get. I appreciate the feedback.

there is a curfew of 11 and normally the show runs fast, depending on beer sales of course

Canceled for tonight (Friday) but they are going to try again tomorrow. It hasn't rained over the past 36 hours but the grounds are to saturated for parking and tow rigs to get in and out. Sounds like the track is pretty wet also.
