While watching the highlight video I noticed the black and pink car of Just had what appeared to be a longer 'rear bumper'. Seemed like the tubing around the tail tank was much longer than all the others. Wouldnt there be a rule about that? Seems it could surprise someone during a slide job...or am i seeing things?
Also Sweets left rear disc was glowing orange. Also saw that a few tracks back when he hit the 48 ????
I dont see glowing discs on other cars. Does Sweet use his brakes that much more than everyone?
And very few locals..is sprint car racing pretty rare in NY state?
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Rear bumper was normal size. The car had a midget tail tank. (smaller than most sprint tanks)
Glowing rotors are normal.
There are many tracks in the NY area with lots of history.

There is not any weekly 410 racing in New York state. A few guys have 410s to race occasionally, but what Sprint Cars there are in New York are almost exclusively ESS and Patriot 360s. There aren't many 360s based aroud the Niagara Frontier region. New York has always been overwhelmingly Northeast type dirt Modified country.

Looks like cinder block walls and not catch fencing. Yet another track that needs safety improvements.

There is alot of 360 sprint car racing in New York and just 70 mi to the west there is weekly 360 racing in Ontario Canada at Oshweken speedway every Friday . It is a top notch track. Ransomville would have had a better car count if the race was held on on a weekday. Yesterday they were up against the weekly 360 race at oshweken, and the two day 360 summer nationals at Outlaw speeday in Dundee Ny , both of these tracks are within a two drive from ransomville. I bet the car count is much better this Sunday at Weedsport . No there really isn't any 410 racing in NY, ut the 360's are strong in Upstate new york and southern ontario.

Just an observation. I watch Brian Monteith on a regular basis in Central Pa and his brakes seem to GLOW from hot laps to the final checker flag in the feature......way more than most Pa Posse drivers for some reason?

Zerfoss rides them pretty hard too. From my understanding Monteith is on the gas but also applying a decent amount of brakes prior to and on entry to keep the car settled.
