Factory Stocks : hope Miller isn't too banged up..........that was the stock car version

Pro Stocks: Travis Gorbet got screwed. BAD. all in the family obviously. the difference between 3rd and 2nd for Mark Brill.......was his brother. lil lapped brother was also the difference bewteen Gorbet finishing 1st or 3rd.

decent racing in both those classes though.

Mods: good racing. Dick Pullen's boy looked awfully strong out there. hehe. Ol Dick's kid was hangin her out there on the berm the whole race. Thats an impressive little Dick. lol.

Sprints : damn.........over 70 cars. good racing too. and some weren't even there.....Bruce Jennings, Rick and Koby Barksdale, Whit Gastineau, and Passmore and Essary were runnin MAS. But that was some good sprint racin with a giant field of em. JD and James thought I was gonna blow a gasket when they told me how many sprints there were........but I concealed my excitement just to disappoint em.

Great night of racing.......didn;t looked like too much got tore up........especially in the sprints. hope to see em all back tomorrow. Also got to treat my nephew (8 yrs.) to a great night of racin.......and broaden his horizons with his 1st ever trip to Hooters. lol. they even sang for him and signed a bunch of stuff on a shirt for him. most of it was completely inappropriate but oh well - kinda doubt he'll ever wear it to his catholic school. lol. he was stunned, tired, excited, suprised, and emabarrased all at the same time. and for the duration of the drive to El Reno all I heard was " Can we go back to Hootas tamawo? (tomorrow)" Man I love going to the races. Priceless!!!!!!!

That's Awesome. Sounds like you had a great night as did I. Somethings I noticed was how well the flagman threw the yellows in a timely manner. I never saw him wait and put his hand on his ear to see if it was okay to throw it. The track really seemed on the ball, and Lanny even went out and tried to repair one and two a little. Of course I sit at the very top and don't know a lot about the behind the scenes stuff, but from my point of view it was the best night of racing all year.
