_Final Sprint Car Wing Races at Silver Dollar Speedway This Weekend_

The final winged sprint car event of 2007 will take place this
Thursday,
Friday and Saturday night at Silver Dollar Speedway. The 16^th Annual
Pacific Sprint Fall Nationals kicks off on Thursday night, October 4^th

, and continues until Saturday night, October 6^th . Sprint car
champions from all over the Western United States will converge at John

Padjen's quarter-mile clay oval speedway in Chico for the final time in

2007. With a big purse and $4,000 to win the 40-lap Saturday night
feature event this race always brings out the best in competitors.

Front gate will open at 5 pm. Sprint car qualifying is slated to start
at 6:30 pm on both Thursday and Friday night. Saturday night will
feature main events only. Saturday night's racing is scheduled to start

at 7 pm. Adult general admission into the grandstands is $15.00 on
Thursday and Friday night. Juniors are $10.00 and children $4.00. On
Saturday night adults are $20.00 while juniors are $10.00 and children $4.00. There is no reserved seating in the main grandstands.

The Kaeding family will once again lead the charge of family tradition
at this year's Fall Nationals. In the history of Silver Dollar Speedway

no other name has been so dominate at the track. Brent Kaeding is the
all-time main event winner at Silver Dollar Speedway with 86 career
wins. Tim Kaeding is fourth on the list with 44 wins. All three
Kaeding's are scheduled to race this weekend. All three Kaeding's have
won a Fall Nationals Championship in their storied careers. Brent
Kaeding, driving his famous Al's Roofing Supply / Kaeding Performance
#69, justed picked up another King of California Championship this
season, giving the veteran driver 13 crowns. Brent last won the Fall
Nationals Championship in 2005. His son Bud, last year won the USAC
Silver Crown Championship and is currently leading this year's points,
will drive the Werbach Motorsports #20. Tim Kaeding will pilot the Tom
Rolfe Trucking #10 prepared by Duke and Scott McMillen. He has two main

event wins at Chico this year and last won the Fall Nationals
Championship in 2001.

Another family that is dominate at Silver Dollar Speedway are the
Allard's. Stephen, the eldest Allard, won his second career driving
title this year at the racetrack. He won three main events this year to

push his total to 10 career wins. Jonathan had another stellar year at
the track winning eight times this year at Chico including the first
night of racing in March and one of his biggest wins a Thursday
preliminary night win at this years World of Outlaw Gold Cup Race of
Champions. In all, Jonathan now has 31 wins in his career at his home
track. Yet, both are looking for their first Fall Nationals
Championship.

Last year's defending champion is slated to return. Auburn's Andy
Forsberg, fresh off his fourth Pacific Sprint Civil War Championship,
looks to keep all of this family stuff out of victory lane. If Forsberg

could get the win he would be celebrating three weeks in a row. Last
weekend he won the Civil War Championship at Placerville Speedway and
the week following this one he is set to marry his life long love.

Other contenders include Kyle Hirst and Brad Sweet, both residing in
Loomis, CA. Hirst has been a bridesmaid the last two years on the final

night. Sweet placed third and secured the top local finishing driver on

the final night of this year's Gold Cup. Colfax veteran Colby Weisz,
Placerville's Andy Gregg and Elk Grove's Greg DeCaires all have had
winning seasons and all have a shot at the title on Saturday night.
Newcomer Matt Mitchell of Yorba Linda, CA is known as a midget racer
but
is entering a winged sprint car for his first Fall Nationals in search
of a strong finish.
