Just like that it's back on. This points race is great hope it continues through the next ten races.

Would have been worse for Schatz had the Crowd Pleaser pulled it into the infield. Schatz should buy him dinner for that. Still trying to figure out J. Gibson's point totals.

Maybe Joey should buy Schatz dinner for the lap 10 flat.

Going to be a great finish this year, regardless how it ends up.

Time for one with no asterisks.

I hope Joey wins the last 10 races. Not excited about seeing Schatz* win another one.

...let's not get too excited about a close points race until after next weekend...whether you like it or not, Schatz has won 4 out of 5 at Williams Grove this year and was 6th the night Leppo won...while Saldana has finished 2nd, 17th, 5th, 24th, and 4th...don't shoot the messenger !...

Johnny was a race behind. He was calculating off of the points before Beaver Dam. Joey is 35 points behind Schatz, not 18. Still fairly close though.

Schatz is 35 points ahead of Saldana after last night.

Saldana got 4 pts for being 2nd fast qualifier.

Saldana got 14 points for the A Main. A 4 point drop from 1st to 2nd place, then a 2 point drop for every postion after.

So Schatz finished 7th, from 7th to 2nd is 10 pts and from 2nd to 1st is a 4 point difference, which equals 14 points.

Saldana picked up 18 points on Schatz.

Schatz had a 53 point lead, so 53 -18 = 35.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. lol!

Let's not get excited? There's ten races left. If it was March I'd agree with you. You have two driver's at the top of their game going at what essentially is match play the rest of the year. It could not be anymore back and forth. So Schatz wins at the grove. There's still eight to go right? I think the #9 since knoxville has an average finish of 3.5. Now is the time to enjoy it.
