Even the finest XXXs struggling to get to 15 second laps.  So impressed even envious of the Hanover crowd's contentment with such mediocrity.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Yup, it's definitely the Chinese cars. The track conditions have no bearing on lap times whatsoever, just the cars...... Do you actually read what you type before you hit "Post"?

I believe the first post was a dig at track conditions. If that time is right, over 16 second laps at Lincoln, and only lapped a few cars in thirtyfive straight thru laps at Lincoln I am glad I didn't pay to see it.

Yes! It was a dig at the track conditions! The track was blowing up dust after the warm up sessions. What a disappointment...., especially after suffering through all the delays on the night before. Racing was regulated to hugging the bottom. Track preparations were horrible!

Im coming up on 10 years of being WoO free because of crap like that. The greatest show on dust for $40 a ticket dont work for me.

I agree.  I haven't been to any race at Williams Grove in the last 6 years.  Last year was my final WoO race at Lincoln.  I don't think either are worth the price of admission based on track condition.

I agree as well. "World of Hype" is what I call them. Every Outlaw show I've seen in the past 10 years (they have been few and far between), I walk away thinking what a waste of money. I'm sure the Grove will be packed tonight and tomorrow though. I don't get it.

The track conditions were a let down by far, but DD & Marks did put on a great showing of abilities running what was left at the top. Although huggy pole racing for most & only 2 lappers in a 35 lap event it did create an exciting finish.

If DD would not have missed his mark on top 3 different times he may have been able to blow by Schatz, but 1 to many mistakes & a 2nd place finish was the final outcome.

Overall, very disappointed in track conditions. Obviously it was not dug up from the previous evening. NOT Fred Putneys usual style. Seems like there was another voice in the background calling the preperation shot!!!

Track was not good most of the night. They finally watered the top and I thought the A main was pretty exciting with DD bouncing off the walls and the battle with Marks. Schuchart also had a good run,

Schatz almost blew it by running the bottom in turn 3 and 4, but he was bailed out by Dietrich hitting the 3rd turn wall twice.

You should have seen WG/Outlaw races last July. Great fun!
