Tony Stewart Racing will be powered and sponsored by Chevrolet in a three-year agreement announced today in a news conference at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Stewart also introduced his driver lineup for the 2007 U.S. Auto Club and World of Outlaws seasons. Levi Jones and Tracy Hines will compete for USAC midget and sprint titles. Paul McMahan is back for a second season in Stewart’s winged sprint car that returns to the Outlaws series after running primarily in the failed National Sprint Tour this year. Stewart expects his new 27,000-square foot shop in Brownsburg to be ready for occupancy by Jan. 1.
“We’ll have everything under one roof. Finally,” he said.
