So big #$#@ deal. Some Canandian sportswriter can't spell.
Still a thousand times better than when Bob Varsha (who knew better) would spit in his face on Speed Report by pronouncing it Kin-sir.

just imagine if an american writer had spelled Gretzky "Gretski" during his first trip to L.A from, ironically, Edmonton.

This sportswriter is probably not too knowledgeable in the sport of sprint car racing. Sounds pretty much like he may be a newbie to the whole WoO thing. Just a typo in my opinion. I think Gretzky may have had his name misspelled more times then any other elite athlete of our time. Just one of those things, no big deal.
