Last year was my first year in a sprint car and i was timing the birdcages wrong. I had them 7 degrees rolled back, this made the car very unstable because it would bind the rear, anytime i hit a bump it would lift the front end(felt like it wanted to flip). I had no idea i was doing it wrong until a veteran came and helped me set it up before nationals and he was shocked. I put 1 degree rolled forward and the car is so much more drivable and doesnt ever really get upset. i wouldnt recomend rolling them back that far:)
