He's also entered the same number for the 360 Nats.

Different number I see. It was a #7 something at Skagit.
Anxious to see if TK enters and with whom. Tayler Malsam is entered as well so maybe with Rudeen? Hope he does better than he did at the Dirt Cup.

Looks as though intentions are quite clear over at that Kaeding site:
http://www.TKaedingRacing.com
What part of that is not understandable?

You still have about one month before the national. You will have more. But why 50 why not 75 or 150. People are to hung up on car count. Only 24 car can start the main.

How many cars do you all think would show up if the same purse was offered, but they ran ASCS rules 360's?
My guess would be close to 200.

Just like the Chili Bowl... The more, the merrier!!!
When people say that there can be too many cars, just look at what Mr. Altig did this year at the Chili Bowl.

Duane, you should know more than anyone that the Nationals wasn't always a winged 410 race. How did both of those spectators enjoy those Nationals???
Just because the Knoxville folks don't support 360's, doesn't mean the rest of the country doesn't. Make the Nationals a 360 race and you'll see 99% of the 410 drivers join the MAJORITY of the of the sprint car drivers.

As you know Hawker I almost never agree with you but on this one your dead nuts on....I'm a firm believer that if every team took out the 410's and replaced them with 360's nobody would know the difference... I know for a fact that there are nights at Knoxville during the features the 360's lap the track faster.....they don't blow off the tires and hook better plus the transponders don't lie...I fault the promoters for not doing their job in selling the 360's to todays fans that still think they have seen a great show if it's follow the leader but blazing fast on a dry track........ That's not racing... Give me the days of heavy tracks and cars going side by side lap after lap.... I shot a stock cars race Wed night at Osky and for 8-12 laps of the feature they were 3 wide for the lead, as well as in the pack... That close racing is what the fans pay the $'s to see and what we don't get to see that often at some sprint shows...

Dave and Pat, My point exactly.
Knoxville has done a fantastic job of making sure that the 360's are a sub-standard form of racing.
For many years, the 360's have presented a better show than the 410's, but they have been treated like they are the cruiser cars of the sprint car world.
Yes, I know, they have had some lame attempts at "promoting" them, but fact is, they have made sure that they are second class citizens.
The name alone, 360's seems to instill an image of lower quality.
I have suggested for years that the 360's be called Sprint Cars, which they are, and find a new name for their older brothers.
The fans in most of the country know nothing of the 410's, 360's are what they see all the time, but the Knoxviile fans will not support anything less than the 410's.
In about 4 weeks, we will have the 360 Nationals, the races will be superior to the big show the following week, but the crowds will be light.
What a shame that is, the best races of the speedweek amd only a hew thousand will see them.
The 360's have my total support, but I appear to be in the minority in Iowa that feel that way.
My bet is that if KR were to run 360's only for 4 weeks in a row, the fourth week would be the final chapter in the life of the track, and the crowd would be less than 200 fans.
