I went to I-44 tonight and had a great time. This was only the second time I've been there (went to a special in '04).
Was tonight's car count indicitive of a regular points show (I know
tonight was a make-up show)? Crowds normally this small?
Racing this good?
The Limited Sprints and "A" class were a lot of fun. Thought
the kids' sprints were cool too. Didn't stick around for Turf
Tire or Mini Late Model mains. A field of about 14-17 of the late
models could be cool. Was impressed by the young lady driving the
#25 Restrictor.
A lot closer to Norman than SFS and a little cheaper too. I think I'm gonna go back.

Car count was low compaired to normal but has been down all year. Tonite was a small crowd prob. because they normaly don't run on fridays. The racing is always good. It was as dry as I have ever seen tonite, but still a multi lane track. The #25 is Delany Jost. A 14 yr old Edmond driver. http://www.girlforceracing.com/
Come down to the 7 pit and say hi!
Money isn't everything, but it sure keeps your kids
close!

Was a little dry but like you said, multiple grooves. Delany was among many young kids that looked sharp, the #7's included.

That's good to hear from you,NW Bill. I haven't been to I-44 in a couple of years I guess. I work most Fri nights now so I will try and get over there soon on a Saturday. I was going on a regular basis when there were more multi-class cars were running. Those and the A-class cars both put on a really good show. I remember when they wer sometimes a support class at SFS for the WoO shows and man could they get around the old 1/4 mile track !
