That's what I'm talking about. I wish I had more pictures of him, especially the early days. Here's a sprint car pic.

I know the feeling, my Dad ran hobby stocks (as they were called) in Arizona in the late 60's early 70's. Between moves, divorces, etc, almost none of his racing mementos remain. I would give about anything for some pics from back then. The memories are sweet, but some pics would be sweeter!!! Even cooler if I could find one of him, me and one of the cars together, I'm not sure any of those even exist.

Cheese, I'll save that program for you. It has an article on Earnest. The Jennings brothers were highly popular with everyone I knew of. You come from good stock. I'm supposed to see Porter on Monday I can give it to him or you can e-mail me and I'll drop it off where you're at when I come through. I have some other stuff too.

I think I was there that day. That's David Marshall [?]in the background. Bobby Allen had just won Knoxville and was coming through for the race at the state fair.Incidently the car in the background was a '79 Stanton[?]! 11 years old at the time!

If you want just give it to JD and have him give it to dad sometime this week. Thanks, I'm sure my grandma and grandpa will REALLY enjoy it.
