Can a 6-pin front end be converted to a spline?

You dont want a splined front end either they are older than your 6 pin stuff. You want a direct mount setup. It depends on what type of snout your spindles have if direct mount hubs will fit. if there is nothing wrong with the 6 pin stuff just run it, there is no advantage to the direct mount setup except it is a little lighter, and most 305 cars that i know of are bolting on lead to make weight. A lot of the asphalt cars still run 6 pin stuff because its stronger.
