I am a Huge Fan of the Modified #171, and u Feel along with a lot of others that he got Treated Very Unfair Saturday Night. The #1s of Stanly Reed should have been black flagged for what he done. It's not right for a driver to be able to do that to another driver and get away with it Mr. Brill himself should know that it was not right. But considering Mr. Brill decided to make the wrong decision and give it to #1s he has upset a lot of people. And as for the flag man have you had your eyes checked lately and did they fail to tell you that you are colored blind Cause if you don't have bad eye sight and you are not colored blind then you must have another problem called I got my favorite. I feel along with a lot of other Modified #171 Fans that to Mr. Brill it's all about let's get the Oklahoma city driver's all to come to Meeker, because that's where he raced. But I'm so very sorry to say this isn't the city this Is Meeker, Ok. I'm not saying that if your from the city you can't race in Meeker ( come on down ), But it's not right for Mr. Brill and some of the track official's to only want the city driver's to win and make sure it happens even if it takes making the wrong decision. And as for Mr. Brill you can take this however you want I don't Care. I really hope your conscience bothers you for along time. Cause you called it all WRONG. I know you don't see everything, but when you have close to 60 or more Fans saying #171 was treated UNFAIR and that you called the wrong move you should really sit back and think about it. You Really made a BAD decision, And one day it will come back to get you. You Really Upset A LOT OF FANS. I would also like to say that all the drivers have the same chance to win or loose, but when it's BAD JUDGEMENT on Mr. Brill and the track officials side it's just not right. Mr. Brill ask anyone about what happened to the #171 Saturday Night and I would bet they will say "He #171 was Treated Unfair and that the decision you and your track officials made was Very WRONG" that is if you don't ask your favorite drivers the one's you want to win. The one's you kiss up to. Run the track the right way and you will be respected a lot more. Until then you will never have any respect from me. HUGE FAN OF #171.

I was there Saturday and i saw it differently.  I saw a very good race between 171 and 1s they raced side by side for several laps before they got together.  I did not see an intentional take out I saw  racing.  Did 1s get into 171? yes.  Did 171 get out of shape coming out of 4? yes.  They were racing and when you are that close together and any bobble is made yes cars are going to get together.  Can I understand why 171 would be upset? yes he was racing for the lead and got into contact with the 1s and spun.  If it had been the other way around and the 171 would have been the one who didn't spin then I know he would have seen it as racing and the other car would have been the one claiming favoritism for local drivers.

I did see it and i was almost hit in the process but the way i see it its both of their faults. the 171 was pushing it to hard and got to far sideways and when i saw what was happening the first thing i looked at was the front tire on the 1s and guess what it was still spinning which means he wasnt doing much to try to keep the wreck from happening. so in my decision i dont know what kind of call i would make. If you take them both out then you have a riot. If you let him have his spot back then you have a pit fight. So I think it was a just call and Its over now so the 171 will just have to win next week. It will get people mad but i dont favor. and i dont give a crap who wins. Now if somone got hurt then it would be a problem But for now its just gonna be another discusion.

I am a friend of both drivers and they were both racing very hard, I seen the rear of the 171 get sideways and the 1s got on the brakes to try to miss the 171, but did not

it was a racing deal in my eye's and it happens, I feel bad for Drew as they all were racing very hard, but I do know the 1s will not run over you just to get the lead, and I do know the 171 will not do that either, as a racer & car owner we all know how fast things happen on the track and you can't stop a race car on the dime. Mark does not play favorites to anyone. Drew good run you had going there and see ya Sat. Also a good run by Stanley, it was hard close racing by both for several laps and very fun for the fans to watch, just my .02 and I am not taking sides or putting the blame on anyone. I would be upset if it was my car also, but things happens in racing everynight and always will.

I am so glad that the question was ask about would I be just as mad and upset if it would have been another driver ? My answer to that is YES NO DOUT ABOUT IT . It doesn't matter who the driver is or if I'm a fan of him/her or not if that happened it would be Just as UNFAIR and I would be just as upset. And trust me I've seen a lot of Unfair things go on during the 6yrs that I've been going to the races. And I've raised just as much Heck then as I do now. So I guess what I am trying to say is… I have nothing against anyone who race's as long as it's a clean and fair race. And not everyone sees things the same way. And where you say that 171 was racing for the lead . I'm not sure where you were sitting but the 171 was already in the lead and had been the whole race. So please explain what you mean! I'm very sorry if I offend you or anyone else. And another thing how does a driver in the lead get into a driver that's behind.

Calm down there froggy.  I'm not trying to start a fight with you.  I am stating as you did my view of what happened just like everyone else on this string.What I am saying is that it was racing, short track racing at that. And yes 171 was racing for the lead, the race was not over so everyone was racing for the lead.

last time on what? this forum? Hope not.........nobody said anything they shouldn't. This thread is a perfect example of why this forum exists. We can all talk racing and give our opinions and perspectives on it. And a few other things every now and again too.

I am sorry if it hurt your feelings. But i just thought it would be better if i didn't get back on here. I don't want to cause any problems with any one. But i will say this the #171 did a heck of a job Saturday night. To all the driver's GREAT RACE. Gotta get off here and get back to work. But seriously this is it for me.
