Kinda glad they cancelled. The cold weather would have been hard on the motors and parts not to mention the 5 people in the stands

The super sprints seem to always get the shaft! Last year they lost how many races, like 4 or 5. Now, this year already 2 races not to mention they don't get to run when the ASCS is in town. I hate mother nature!
I wish Lanny made up races...

If you wanted to call it a race for us. Steering problems in hot laps-Flat tire in heat race- Getting spun out in the feature and knocking the paint off the tail tank that we had just got painted a couple of weeks before the race. But thats racing and we did finish the feature. Oh yeah almost forgot that we had a miss in the motor all nite long.

if there were only 5 people in the stands tonight...............Mike you woulda known at least 3 or 4 of em (not sure Jayne would want to freeze in this weather). I don't want to get to bitchin too much, but this schedule of Lanny's is starting to look ominous, considering he doesn't make up races and we as fans need every race we can get where 2 sprint classes are running.
Not sure about the date..........but whatever date runs 4 weekly classes minus the super sprints..........will only last about 90 min.
But I think that date is April 27th..........thankfully I will be at Texarkana, AR for the ASCS Nat. Tour race.

i feel sorry for the people who bought season tickets. Much more of this and its gonna be an exspensive year for the fans too. well its kinda a gamble i guess.

yes I think last night would have been akin to the last nut-freezer that had bout 400 people there during heat races..........by the B mains (they were actually decent then) there was about 90 of us left and we were all huddled in the chutes (entrances) to the grandstands. It was a good race tho. I think it was the year Lanny started racing the 1st of March. we were the truest of race fans that night...........and TMS this year was comparable to that.........but not quite as extreme.
Mike if you're serious about paying me too stay away I may consider that.lol. Especially considering the win ya'll scored when I was in Iowa last year. But I get the money up front and there are no refunds. With that being said, Whitworth Jr. is probably praying that I go to Waco next friday. So I may oblige you fellas then. But I will be bringing the hex with me to Cowtown............so beware. ;) oops I forgot I haven't won the lottery yet........so no ASCS motor yet.
BTW Mike I watched the news last night and it didn't show any rain or severe weather forecasted for next friday. Where did you see that?
