5.43 or5.67. try jonnie reed and ask him what he ran last year. the gears should be close this year.

I ran a 5.43 last year at winter nationals and did alright but would have prefered a 5.67. It's smaller than SFS.

be carefull what gears you pick. the track is bigger and the banks are higher. so its gonna be a faster track.
