I heard the car count for the TBARA race this past weekend was down also. May be a trend we all will be treated to this year if they don't get right on the gas prices. It does suck.

Now then, are we talking about the WoO or are we talking about Outlaw Speedway? I am a thinking your talking about the latter.

Well, I found out it wasn't the WoO he was talking about. Shane Carson emailed to say he read this and they had standing room only where they were at with pickups parked up on a hill in turns one and two loaded with beer (caused no problems).

Outlaw Motor Speedway had ten modifieds, 27 pure stocks, 13 hobby stocks and 13 e-mods. Like Kenny, am courious about the time it was over.

I am afraid that car counts are going to suffer everywhere. With the price of gas being high and with the price of racing fuel being higher (one dollar a gallon higher) from last year and now we have to fork out 130.00 for a radio. The cost of our heads will now be higher with the rule change and our purse has not gone up. I know personally I don't know how much longer we will be able to do this (racing). If it wasn't for our sponsors I would already have throwed in the towel. I will not let my family suffer just so we can race. I love racing with all my heart and this year makes our eighteenth straight year of racing but I hope that something goes the racers way for a while and not against us. Sorry just letting off steam
