I hope it's for PC. . . the online gaming is so much better. If it's anything like Road to Knoxville, don't even release it.

More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the
cars.... that will ensure plenty of thrills for years
to come. Only the most average talent behind the
wheel will be needed with such awesome equipment on
the track!

I got on their (bigant's) website, found some contact info, and dropped them a quick email. I think it would be a great idea for as many people as possible to contact them telling them how important to us it is that this game be an improvement not only on the mediocre product of the past couple of years, but also on the 2002 edition that I know we all still play. Here's where you can contact them: http://www.bigant.com/page/view/contact-3/

I just hope they utilize the awesome platform of the xbox 360 and xbox live. I have a bad feeling that this is gonna be Road to Knoxville 3 The thing that these game makers and especially WoO seems to miss is that this is an outstanding opportunity to reach the under 30 crowd that plays too much xbox and doesnt go to the races. The PS2 WoO game reached a far larger audience than they understood and when they failed to follow up with a good sequel it evaporated.

Just bought 2002 after reading everything about it. I would definitely be interested in an xbox360 version, but I'll dust off the PS2 for this.

I never got a response either. However, i think that if enough people send them mail and share opinions, they will get the idea that there is a lot riding on the game they put out. We have suffered through enough "filler" games, I hope the end product this time is just remotely close to what we are al expecting. Keep those emails going and they are sure to take notice! :)

I just hope it is better than Road to Knoxville and showdown at Eldora. I would prefer the game to be on consoles, as the game will get more exposure. Also, the extra setup required to run on a PC (steering wheel, high performance graphics card, more memory) would push the cost to play up more, whereas having the game on consoles is a one time cost, unless you want to play online on Xbox 360. Playstation's online gaming is free.

Great song fanatic! I would be interested in the game if it was available on the p.c. also. I guess I am older and don't enjoy the arcade style as much. Maybe my days of dreams of becoming a race car driver are gone. A simulation game however, where you are the car owner, hire the driver, chief mechanic and are involved in a championship sounds very appealing to me. You could shop for chasis, tires, engine, different shocks and so on. If your driver fails to perform you fire him and hire someone else. You may choose to hire a veteran, someone who is not hard on your equipment. Or you may want a young hard charger as your driver. Remember you pay the freight. The simulation games are really good. I currently play out of the park baseball and it is just the best that I have ever been involved with. The attention to detail is amazing. You are the manager and general manager and make all the decisions. A sprint car simulation based on something like this pc game could possibly be out of the park (excuse the pun). Arcade is fun but just not for me. JMHO.
