I was told by the promoter that it would be a 1/6th oval, with twice the banking of the Chili Bowl.

Heard it was four feet narrower than Chili Bowl. Really wish this was in February or late January.

Indoor version of Little Belleville would be a good thing,especially if its as racy as Little Belleville is.

That's what we're planning on too... staying at the Marriott downtown Fri night. The rate is reduced ($99), but there is 17% tax on it! I guess they had to pay for building that new Sprint Center somehow!?

I'm staying in the POS II van. No extra tax on that. I even have a plan B if I dont mind driving a few miles from KC.
With money to burn like that I'll have to make an adjustment to your Speedway,Indiana rate should you stop in again next May for some more non wing sprintcars and additional sightseeing.

Hey Andrew ! We are looking forward to seeing you in KC at the midget races.

I hear that Bud's book is "In the mail" and headed towards Speedway,Indiana. Hope it gets here in time to read it before heading west next week.
Now is my dilemma. Do I head west right after work next Thursday night (I like driving better at night) or do I go to the Speedway Motel for the weekly movie night in the bar,then head west?? They said last night that it would be 50s night for videos. What should I do??
Decisions ,decisions...
