I thought the main part of the banquet would be honoring the "Champions". I was disappointed because the "Civil War Champion Sean Becker" just got the standard introduction, no highlight video clips of him, but instead it ended with the Rookie of the Year in Civil War, videos, speech, etc. Nothing against the Rookie but what Sean Becker accomplished should of been the highlight of the night. Becker is the only driver to win championships in the Civil War series, Silver Dollar Speedway and the Golden State Challenge. If anyone noticed on Hoseheads, Sullivan posted: CA Civil War: and its all about the Rookie of the Year, nothing about Becker. Enough is enough, don't you think?? When you put out a press release concerning the CW banquet that's what it should be about, not his prized PR pupil. Let's not forget Sean Becker and Scott Miller won their 1st Civil War Championship and they should be honored more so than the rookie. Also, about Rookies, why wasn't there a co-rookie in the CW and Pville??? since there was one at SDS?? They were much closer in point battles. Next year I'm going to save my 45 bucks and stay home.

Congratulations Becker and Miller !!! There are other people out there that recognized what your team accomplished. Repeat in "2009".
