Saturday, October 4, 2008 St. Francois County Raceway will host the Annual Queen's Royale, a $5000 to win Winged Sprint Car show. Featuring some of the fastest cars in the Midwest!
Last Year 35 cars battled it out for the top honors in the Sprints, come join us and see who will be crowned this year.
Gates open at 4 PM
Hot Laps at 6 PM
Racing at 7 PM
Grandstand Admission $20
Pit Passes $30
Modifieds (IMCA tires - No quick change rear ends) will be racing for $700 to win
Pure Streets will be racing for $300 to win

One cool show on a very good track!There's been a who' who that have won it,Kelly Kinser,Danny Lasoski,Joey Montgomery,and Shane Stewart are just a few names,there's a list somewhere.If I find it,I'll put it on here.This race is a run what you brung show,a 360 can win here,or a Hemi if you got one.Hope we get a great field of car and drivers.

Dirt, You missed a few of the notables. This is the list that I made up last year:
Chuck Amati, Bobbie Davis Jr., Jimmy Carr, Terry McCarl, Gary Wright, Randy Kinser, Craig Dollansky, Paul McMahan, Mike Ward, Daryn Pittman, Brian Brown, Randy Hannagan, Kevin Swindell, Greg Wilson, and Dale Blaney.
48, Jacksonville IL is having a Sprint Invaders show on Friday, Oct 3, if that is on your way. It is 360's but I guess that is better than nothing.

You are right. I now remember seeing them all run. Hell I am getting old you know....... I pulled the past winners off and old tee shirt I had laying around. Knoxville, Lake Ozark, All Stars are all done. MASS isn't running. Looks like the only ASCS is a regional race in Arizona. USCS is a regional race in NC. WOO is in MN but those guys would not run anyhow. West Memphis is running. No idea what is happening in IN ,OH or PA. Never know who is going to show up we could see some differant guys. Likely 35 - 40 cars if no threating weather. Time will tell. It will be a good show either way. They have done a super job with the track all year. Really racey by A main time.

There's going to be a small greet and meet down to the right of the pitgate.Come on down,there's suppose to be a couple of guys cooking hotdogs,sprintfantic will have his aussie flag hanging on the fence.Weather is looking great for this show!
checkered48,I've heard several drivers have called,but to name anyone would be like saying they was coming.So,just come,stop by the meet and say Hi!

Weather is still looking good,and I hope a few of the drivers that have called,show up!I won't mention any names,but I hope this race turns out like the past ones,good show with a large crowd!
