I don't seem to remember anyone in many years having a brown or beige race car.

I believe there used to be a few (Ferkel) sort of cream colored cars, and I always found them attractive, what gives?

There was a guy at Nationals a few years ago from PA that had a brownish car. It did look nice.

I think the old 18 Van Patten/Trostle car that Wolfgang drove was beige maybe.

Back in the 80s and early 90s, Jim Nier (now owner of K-C Raceway) drove a beige/brown combo car. My sister used to refer to it as the "root beer car." (we were kids then)

Anybody remember Steve Beitlers car on the WoO tour?? Maybe 1990, 91?? It was brown, white, green and yellow as I remember. I've still got one of his shirts...........I'll break it out someday. This is Dan Shetler's car for 2007. It looked the same for 2006. He runs Central and Western PA.

No brown, cream, or white, sorry Duane.......but here's a different lookin' car in PA this year. It's a vinyl wrap by Martin Designs. Todd Zinn is the owner/driver.

There's a brown car that runs Skagit, but I can't for the life of me recall who it is...

One of the Jacobsen cars, I believe?

H2H should have a pic

The Trostle car driven by Wolfgang in 1977 was beige/tan as was the Loretta Lynn Special driven by Charlie Swartz and owned by C.K. Spurlock.

That Trostle car is part of the Evans private collection in Bedford In. Along with Steve's 1978 car, Al Unser jr

USAC car and many , many more. A good friend showed me these about 2 yrs ago.

I got a ton of pics from that visit. I'll post some time there just not on this computer.

Laughing at cubic. Ha!

My friend has a brown sparkly wakeboarding boat. We call it the "Glitterturd". I am guessing a brown race car would earn a similar nickname from me.

Here in Pa the closest thing to beige I can think of is Brook Weibley in the # 32. He had some sharp looking cars in years past. Other then that, it's a very good question why we do not see more of that color.
