Pretty low budget film if it is. Only 1 camera in a Hollywood production? And a shaky one to boot. Regardless, it still made me laugh out loud.
After watching it again, at the 42 seconds mark you can see a film camera on a boom drop into the picture.
I think this clip is perhaps home footage of a scene being filmed for the movie. The camera never zooms, the focus and white balance are off and as I said it is pretty shaky camera work.
