Does anyone else think that it is ironic that the championship PRA car looks about as ugly as the new USAC silver crown cars? I'm all for trying new things, and for creativity, engineering, evolution, etc.in racing. I just thought that the whole intention of the PRA was to preserve tradition as well as to provide events for all the "old" chassis that were deemed extinct by the new USAC rulebook. Congratulations to Chet Fillip and crew...I really do think they deserve to be champions. I admire innovators. I just think that it's funny that of all the "big cars", the "black sheep" of the herd took all the glory.

Chet has always ran cars that looked unique and different. Even with USAC in play, he always put out some interesting stuff.
