None that I could find in their 2007 rule book. The 2008 version will be out soon but I really doubt it.

at the winter meeting (owners and drivers meeting) in PA they were told that there will be drug testing for crews and drivers in 2008. You would have to pass a drug test to recieve your World Of Outlaws Crew Card.
In NC, the outlaws had backed off of there stance because they probably new that they would have half the crews and about 6 failing. So dont look for the drug testing policy to begin in 2008, but prolly 2009 or 2010.
