Among the items that Eddie will cover in depth for both the stock car and modified seminars include the following: complete front end geometry, castor, cambor, toe, rear suspensions, leaf springs, coil springs, trailing arms, spring rates, tire stagger and pressure, wheel offsets, weight percentages and much more. He will also discuss safety and steps to prepare yourself and your equipment against failure and serious injuries in case of accidents. Gerlach is the owner and founder of Elite Shock Services based in Elk River, Minnesota and is the former circle track specialist for the QA1/Carerra factory outlet. Among some of his recognizable clients include Martin, Steve Arpin, Ryan Rutter and Johnny Saathoff. Gerlach will cover the following shock topics, including shock valving, shock locations and all the effects shocks have on racing and much, much more. The stock car chassis and shock seminar will begin at 1:00 PM with the modified chassis and shock seminar taking place later that evening at 6:00 PM.
