I'm guessing/hoping sadiesue knows the difference between the two HoF's in Knoxville!? Point taken that Randy Martin always brought fast cars north to Knoxville Raceway that looked pretty damn good to boot.

Very Deserving! Randy brought some of the nicest cars to Knoxville and was always very personable to us..It seems Diamonds Dog food was a sponser but might be wrong. They were really good in the 360s but not as good when they tried the 410s.

Knoxville's blurb on their website about Randy, in the section about Knoxville Raceway HoF inductees says this:

Randy Martin (Driver) California, MO:
Martin was the 1995 Rookie of the Year in the 410 class at Knoxville. He switched to the 360 division the following season and quickly became one of the drivers to beat each week. He went on to win 19 features in the 360 class and two track championships in 1996 and 2001.

The driver bio on the website adds that he is a 4-time WOW (Winged Outlaw Warriors) champ.  WOW is/was a Missouri-based 360 series.

I vaguely recall that Randy battled cancer of some sort a few years back, fought through that, and came back to race (on a much more limited basis).  Maybe I'm way off on that and someone can confirm/deny.

His 19 wins in the 360 class is good for 4th on the all-time list.  His cars always had a clean look from the beginning.  When he first showed up in the mid-90's, he had white cars sponsored by American Compressed Steel, Inc.  Later on in his career he picked up sponsorship from Diamond Pet Foods and had some awesome paint schemes.  My favorite was black cars with white number and splashes of silver and purple.  He had a gray paint scheme that was pretty sharp too.  Everything about his operation was first-class.  His son Evan races now, and it seems like Randy is racing less and less.
