(Oxnard, CA. 2-11-18) On Saturday, February 17th and Saturday, February 24th, Ventura Raceway will hold open practice sessions for ALL competitors planning on competing at its Ventura County Fairgrounds Facility in 2018. Also, new for this year, we will hold sessions for classes we don’t currently race - Go Karts, Mini Dwarfs, Motorcycles and Quads. Pits will open at 12 Noon. These will be the only two practice sessions before the new season begins on March 10.
The Tentative Format for the event will be:
12 Noon Pits Open and Tech Sessions Begin: All participants must have their vehicles go through tech prior to going onto the track.
1:00 Short Driver's Meeting
2:00-8:30 Tune and Test sessions with one or two similar type cars on track at a time for rest of the event.
Admission Prices:
Adult Pit Pass: $35.00
Grandstand Spectators: Free
