Is there a minimum weight limit for the cars and maximum engine displacement? Is the night you qualify determined by draw or are the top contenders divided up?You cant get a better start than Ricos triumphant return and Larsons victory.Dont count out Sammy but getting tougher as cars are very close.Like anything there is some racing luck as there are several drivers with not a lot of experience. They have the top drivers from Nascar, midgets .WOO  and a few top late model guys.Any promoter can learn from this event.

Initial lineup seems to be random draw, at least thats what they say

Go to Chili Bowl website & type in "format" in "search" box. You can also search "passing points"

Its my first Chili Bowl & I like the format.

Felt fine during Tuesday races, no "Chili Bowl flu" yet, but a headache that wouldn't go away yesterday. Methanol fumes, or noise?Switched from Ibuprofen to Tylenol, feel better now....

about 8 years ago I started doing this and have never gotten the Chili Bowl flu since. Go grab a large box of Emergen-C. Take one upon wakening each day and another right before you go to bed each night. Has worked like a charm for me and everyone else I've told to try it as well. Dust, fumes and the overflowing amount of people. Your immune system can use all the help it can get. Give it a shot!

Real race cars don't have fenders...
