Looks like Williams Grove has gone back to a two day format for the National Open.

How far will they travel over night to race the next day? I see they have a TBA date the night after the May Charlotte race. Fingers crossed they're coming back to VA.

Nodak Speedway in Minot,ND finally got their June date.  Its about time.  They've wanted to change from August to middle of summer for years.  August is harvest time and when its harvest time, they harvest.  Probably has been costing that place 500 to a thousand tickets a year due to that.  Will be nice to see that beautiful new, a few years ago, $10 million grandstand full.  Think it seats 8500.

West Fargo for 2nd year in a row but they have to get a handle on the dust problem that facility has with sprints and their wings.  Has been a problem with sprint car specials (NOSA and WoO sprints) since they went to a 3/8th mile track.  Last year has to rank in the top three worst watching-a-sprint-car-feature in history for us.  The one All Star race they had when Schatz had the track wasn't a dust problem, maybe it was the wind direction or great track prep, can't remember.  The only other 3/8 track in the midwest that has had WoO dust problems in the feature IMO was Husets.  I always thought the coal-black dirt they had at Husets was the problem. Come about 10th lap feature time there and it rained black dirt and I can put up with dirt as much as anyone after all it's dirt track racing, but at times it can be too much.  And yes I witnessed the dust at Eldora years ago.  Some dusty nights for sure.  I'd guess that's not a problem anymore.  Also the first year Princeton had the WoO, they just weren't prepared for it but talk about great wild racing, that 1/4 mile track has it in spades. One word, WOW.  Miss the WoO being there.   .

Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.
