and say since 1950 what other 1 Mile tracks that have raced Silver Crown cars have been torn down besides the Syracuse Mile in the New York State Fairgrounds in January 2016 ?

There are 3 miles that were on the Silver Crown schedule this year.  Indy got cancelled due to weather (& not rescheduled).  Springfield just ran this Saturday.  It was a great race.  40 entries with Justin Grant the winner.  DuQuoin IL is slated to run on the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend.

I'm pretty sure Sacramento was on the schedule years ago & I believe it was (or is) a mile.  Not sure of the status of that track.  I'm sure others can fill in other old miles that are no longer.

Not nearly enough.  Justin Grant won with a truly beautiful car.  Red, white and blue with plenty of bright work and gold leaf.  Just a little better than the "mennonites going trick or treating" look that so many of our full time racers are going with.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Sacramento was and is a mile track on the Cal-Expo State Fairgrounds property.  Don Tognotti promoted the Silver Crown race there for several years in the 90's.  When USAC stopped being able to supply a full field of cars, he stopped holding the race.
