NCRA SPRINT CAR BANDITS SERIES INVADES WICHITA SPEEDWAY - FRIDAY AUGUST 25th, 8pm!

Iowa Park, TX (08/10/17) by DarinShort.com. While we're waiting for time to pass until the big NCRA Sprint Car Bandits presented by Blaine's Motor Supply event at Rose Bowl Speedway this Saturday, August 12th; let's go ahead and unveil the Wichita Speedway Sprint Car Bandits event scheduled for Friday, August 25th!

For those of you fans and race teams that have never been to Wichita Speedway, you owe it to yourself to go check it out. It's a fast, racy, full 1/4 mile dirt track that is configured such that it affords lots of side-by-side racing and passing.

The event pays $2,000 to win, $1,000 for 2nd and then pays down generously to $325 - just to start the feature! All non-starters or non-qualifiers receive $100. The complete SCB A-feature payback for Wichita Speedway on August 12th is as follows: $2,000 - 1,000 - 600 - 500 - 400 - 390 - 380 - 370 - 360 - 350 - 340 - 330 - 325...to start. All Sprint Car Bandits rules will be in effect, and are posted at the series website (link below). All Sprint Car teams of 360C.I. and under are welcome to compete (again, please read the SCB series rules prior to coming to the track). There is no SCB entry fee, registration fee or license fee. There will be a $15 draw-in fee for all teams competing in the SCB portion of the event.

Wichita Speedway is only charging $15 for Adult G.A., which is a heck of a deal for fans! The track is located on the western edge of Wichita Falls, and is quite easy to get to. From either direction of I-44 in Wichita Falls, take Hwy 287 west out of town about 3 miles until you see the Highway 369 exit. Turn north (right) on Highway 369 and you will see the track about 1 mile ahead on the right. The physical address for your GPS is 1633 FM 369 N. Iowa Park, TX 76367.

Wichita Speedway divisions including USRA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Limited Modifieds and Mini-Stocks will round out the 5-division racing card.

Fans can expect Sprint Car Bandits teams such as Justin Melton, Zane Lawrence, Chad Wilson, Claud Estes III, Michael Lang, Dustin Gates, Colby Estes, Michelle Melton, Gary Floyd, DJ Estes, Chance McCrary, Tucker Doughty, Junior Jenkins, Cody Stacy, Chase Parson, Brad Queen, Dalton Stevens, Bryan Debrick, Steve McMackin, Kyle Jones, Chad Koch, Johnny Miller and Brandon Long. A host of other regional teams can be expected as well. Through the first five SCB events of the 2017 season, a total of 58 sprint car teams have competed.

The Sprint Car Bandits would like to thank their series sponsors, which allows us to keep costs down for the tracks, racers and fans - yet keep driver purses at excellent levels:

We would like to thank the sponsors of the Sprint Car Bandits series: Blaine's Motor Supply, Rodd Hanna's Air Performance, A&M Glass Service, Palm Harbor Homes, Kustom Craft, Gen-Tech at FixYourGenerator.com, The Oil Medics, Mow Time in Farmersville, Griffith Trucking Equipment, PRO-TECH Service Company, Simpson Race Products, Ultra Shield Race Products, Lightning Wings, Rod End Supply and DarinShort.com.

Click www.SprintCarBandits.com for complete series information and visit www.wichitaracewaypark.net/wichita-speedway for track details. The event flyer is posted here.

This is one of the few fuel injected 360C.I. Sprint Car events in the Wichita Falls this season, so make sure you mark your calendar to attend, Friday August 25th - we hope to see you there!
